Mr. Rex Mendoza is the President & CEO of Rampver Financials, a dynamic niche player in financial services specializing in investments, and the biggest distributor of mutual funds in the Philippines. He sits as a director of Globe Telecom, Prime Orion Properties, Inc., Esquire Financing, Inc., the Cullinan Group, TechnoMarine Philippines, Seven Tall Trees Events Company, Inc., and Mobile Group, Inc. Rex is also a member of Bro. Bo Sanchez’ Mastermind Group, and is cited by many as one of the best leadership and business speakers in the country. He is the author of the book, Traiblazing Success, a certified national bestseller. Rex served as the President & CEO of Philam Life, one of the country’s most trusted financial services conglomerates and was Chairman of its affiliates and subsidiaries. He was also Senior Adviser to the Chief Executive Officer of the AIA Group. Prior to this, he was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of Ayala Land, Inc. He was also Chairman of Ayala Land International Sales, Inc., President of Ayala Land Sales, Inc., and Avida Sales Corporation.
He has a Master’s Degree in Business Management with distinction from the Asian Institute of Management. He was one of the 10 Outstanding Graduates of his batch at the University of the Philippines where he obtained a BSBA degree with a double major in marketing and finance. Rex was awarded Most Distinguished Alumnus of the UP Cesar Virata School of Business. He is also a Fellow with Distinction at the Life Management Institute of Atlanta, Georgia, USA, a Registered Financial Planner (RFP) and a four-time member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT). Rex was a professor of Marketing and Computational Finance at the De La Salle University Graduate School of Business. He taught strategic marketing, services marketing and services strategy. He has served as Chairman of the Marketing Department and was awarded as one of the University’s most outstanding professors.
Maria Anna Concepcion G. Mendoza

Ms. Maria Anna Concepcion Mendoza obtained her degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of the Philippines (Diliman, Quezon City) in 1987. She earned her Master in Business Management (MBM) degree at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) in 1991. She worked for the Group Insurance Division of the Philippine American Life Insurance Company as Group Marketing Officer in 1987-1988.
She held the same position when she moved to Nixdorf Company (Phils.) in 1988 and pursued her MBM (graduate) degree from AIM in 1989. After AIM, she joined The Pact Group in 1991 as Marketing Manager. She was Dean for Business at the Asia Pacific College (a consortium between SM Foundation and IBM Phils., Inc.) at Makati City, Philippines from 1993-1995. She has eighteen years of experience in financial services. Her forte is service administration, systems and relationship management. Rampver, Inc. is actively involved in financial services, life insurance, pre-need, health care and non-life insurance. It is also engaged in risk management, money and asset advisory, training and consulting, product and services trading. Ms. Mendoza has been awarded as one of the top development officers by a life insurance company for three consecutive years. She has also won several non-life insurance incentive programs for broker and agencies. Ms. Mendoza is concurrently Treasurer of Clover Realty and Development Corporation, a position she has held since May 2013.
Janice Marie P. Fernando
Vice President | Head of Sales, Marketing, and Distribution
Ms. Janice Marie P. Fernando, Filipino, 39, has over 15 years of extensive experience in the financial services industry. She is leading an active group of licensed investment solicitors which at present is responsible for more than Php 5 billion in assets under management.
She was Senior Division Manager of a leading equity fund management company based in the Philippine Stock Exchange Center in Ortigas. She spearheaded the professionalization projects of the company. Prior to this, she held various management positions and left as Regional Head of one of the pioneer asset management companies in the country, accounting for over P1.5B in its assets under management. The team she led received various sales recognitions and achieved outstanding milestones for the company. She was also given the distinct responsibility to set up a number of provincial branches within an aggressive expansion program where she managed the strongest distribution channels of the company (Makati, Alabang, and the rest of South Luzon Region).
Ms. Fernando has been a consistent awardee for mutual fund sales. She is a Certified Company Trainor (CCT) as well as a Certified Investment Solicitor (CIS), a Securities and Exchange Commission License and designation. Her advisory expertise in this area of financial services is attested to by her International Designation as a Registered Financial Planner (RFP). She obtained her certification in Chartered Business Administration (CBA) at the Asian Institute of Management in 2008 and has an AB Degree (Major in Behavioral Science) from the University of Sto. Tomas, Manila in 1999.
Elizabeth E. Ison
Vice President | Head of Strategic Initiatives, Chief Compliance Officer
Elizabeth E. Ison, Filipino, is a Certified Public Accountant with a degree in Master in Accountancy and has completed Finance for Senior Executives at the Asian Institute of Management. She was a consistent honor student and a multi-degree holder. She earned a degree in B.S Physics for Teachers at the Philippine Normal University in consortium with De La Salle University, where she graduated Cum Laude, and was a scholar of the National Science Development Board (NSDB). She has also completed various courses such as Corporate Governance as Ateneo Graduate School, Short-term Course in Physics at the University of the Philippines-Diliman, Basic Programming, and two other international courses on Project Finance and Appraisal Course, and Project Supervision Course at the Development Finance Institute of the Private Development Corporation of the Philippines.
Ms. Ison is currently the Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Chief Compliance Officer of Rampver Financials and Insurance Brokers, Inc., one of the biggest third-party (non-bank) distribution firms in the financial services industry (since 2015). Prior to this, she held a key and pioneering position as Vice President and Comptroller, Compliance Officer, Operations Head, and System Administrator of Philam Asset Management, Inc. (1994 -2008). Ms. Ison has varied and extensive experience in ISO certification, system automation, compliance, audit, finance, accounting, comptrollership, business process, human resources, business development, and records management. She has held key positions such as Chief Finance Officer, Chief Compliance Officer/ISO Representative, Chief Financial Advisor, and Group Head of Operations Audit and Business Process Management, among others, in various companies engaged in financing, investments, health and life insurance, consumer product distribution and manufacturing, construction and other technical products and services.
Victoria S. Garcia
Victoria S. Garcia, Filipino, 72, is Chairman and President of Clover Realty & Development Corporation. She was formerly the company’s Treasurer when it was established in 1988. She oversees the overall real estate business of the company which includes leasing, sale and property management of a portfolio of houses, condominiums, lots, and commercial units. Previous to her current position, Ms. Garcia was General Manager of Vicgar Trading Inc., a company engaged in the sale of agricultural equipment and machines such as rice threshers and irrigation pumps (1975-1988).
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce Degree Major in Accounting from University of the East (1956-1960). She is currently the Chairperson of several NGOs based in the Province of Bataan: Bataan Tourism Council Foundation Inc. since 2004; Provincial Women’s Commission, Bataan since 2005; Bataan Child Empowerment Council since 2004; and, “KABALIKAT” – a women’s empowerment group since 2004.
Enrique B. Manuel
Enrique B. Manuel, Jr., Filipino, 41, is Group Chief Financial Officer for Visayas and Mindanao Operations of Ayala Land, Inc. He is concurrently the Chief Finance Officer of Cebu Holdings, Inc., and Cebu Property Ventures, Inc., and he has held all these positions since 2011. He is also Treasurer for Accendo Commercial Corporation, Cagayan De Oro Gateway Corporation, and Solinea, Inc. since 2012. Mr. Manuel is also a member of the board of CBP Estate Association (2013), CITP Estate Association (2013), and Capitol Hills Golf and Country Club (2012).
He has been an integral part of a team tasked to oversee Ayala Land, Inc.’s expansion thrust in regional developments in the Visayas and Mindanao, and has contributed immensely to the overall growth of the country’s leading property developer. Mr. Manuel has extensive experience in the field of finance and business strategy. He has a BSBA Degree from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Q.C. (1994) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Boston University, U.S.A. (2000).
