A gentle reminder for everyone to kindly course through your messages, requests and queries to the appropriate Rampver Financials email addresses for your convenience.

 
 

I. Statement of Account (SOA) Requests

 

Option 1. Email the following details to soa@rampver.com with subject “Statement of Account Request”

 

  • Account Name:
  • Fund Name:
  • Account/Folio no. (preferably for fast processing of request):
  • Email Address (enrolled in the Fax or Email Facility):
  • Mailing Address (as indicated in account opening forms) :

 

Option 2. Fill out the Statement of Account Request form in the Rampver Financials website.
Once we have verified your identification, you may expect to receive your Confirmation Notice or Statement of Account within three (3) banking days and Official Receipt (Soft copy) within ten (10) banking days.

 
 

II. Transaction Documents and Follow-ups

 

For investment or redemption confirmation concerns, may you send the following details to transactions@rampver.com
  • Account Name:
  • Fund Name:
  • Account/Folio no. (preferably for fast processing of request):
  • Date of investment/ redemption
  • Email Address (enrolled in the Fax or Email Facility):
  • Your message, concerns, or instructions
You will receive a confirmation from us when the transaction is verified. Likewise, we will notify you if you have any deficient documents or details.

 
 

III. General Inquiries and Concerns

 

Option 1. Please mail your general inquiries, concerns, or instructions to info@rampver.com

 

Option 2. Message us on Facebook. Your query shall be answered within 24 hours.

Kindly note that inquiries incorrectly sent to the above-mentioned email addresses or facilities may have an effect in the timeliness of the delivery of your requests. Please ensure to send messages and queries to the appropriate email addresses/ facilities.
